This logo customisation project follows a full-category craft approach: both lettering and graphic logos can be developed from your artwork, with techniques such as flat embroidery, glossy flat metallic thread and raised pile finishes selected according to the desired look. The embroidered surface is smooth and dense with clean, crisp edges, and colourways and base fabrics can be adjusted to your requirements.
Available techniques
Embroidery options include flat embroidery, glossy flat metallic thread embroidery and raised pile embroidery; lettering and graphic motifs are both welcome; threads may be polyester, metallic or pile yarn; base fabrics may be canvas, knit, mesh, leather or linen; finished pieces can be produced as embroidered patches or embroidered labels, or stitched directly onto finished apparel and bags.
Applications
Suitable for logo and branding work on apparel, bags, headwear and footwear, as well as corporate gifts and merchandise. Combinations of multiple embroidery techniques can accommodate a range of materials and styles.
Customisation process
Custom development from your artwork or samples is supported. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces; sampling is free for three simple designs, while complex or multi-technique constructions incur a sampling fee (credited against the order once the MOQ is reached); standard samples are ready in 24–48 hours, and complex or multi-technique constructions take about 3–4 working days; standard bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, subject to production schedule confirmation, and rush orders can be prioritised in scheduling.
Production capacity
Dobest operates a 3,000 ㎡ factory with more than 30 computerised special-embroidery machines and an annual capacity of approximately 1.5 million pieces. Sample-based development and small-batch trial runs are supported, and each piece is checked before dispatch for surface smoothness and clean edge definition.
