This fabric patch features an ethnic-style butterfly design: the wings are arranged in a radial pattern of yellow, red, white and other color blocks, the butterfly body is raised with 3D filling, and the edges are wrapped with overlock binding, so the piece holds its shape and resists sagging. The color palette is vibrant and richly ethnic; when displayed, it reads as a 3D relief, while when sewn onto garments it remains light and lies comfortably flat.
Optional techniques
The motif, color scheme and fill thickness can be adjusted according to your artwork; the wing surface can use flat fill embroidery or 3D filling; the binding can use matching thread, metallic thread or webbing; the base fabric can be denim, cotton-linen or knit; the finished product can be a fabric patch or an embroidered patch, or embroidered directly onto finished garments.
Applications
Suitable for patches and embroidered patches on coats, jackets and bags, as well as headwear, hair accessories and cultural-creative products. The 3D butterfly design stands out in ethnic-style and China-chic products.
Customization process
Customization from artwork or samples is supported. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces; sampling is free for 3 simple designs, while a sampling fee applies to complex or combined processes (deductible once the order reaches MOQ); standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, and complex or combined processes take about 3–4 working days; standard bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, subject to production scheduling confirmation, and rush orders can be scheduled with priority.
Production capacity
Dobest has a 3,000 m² factory and more than 30 computerized special embroidery machines, with an annual capacity of about 1.5 million pieces. Hollow 3D embroidery is completed through a combination of embroidery and filling/shaping; before shipment, each piece is checked for fullness of the raised areas and flatness of the bound edges.
