The fighter jet motif sequin embroidery uses CNC-controlled, precisely segmented transitions of micro sequins in different color families to create a gradient sense of speed from bright green to cool black. Combined with a central 3D techwear badge in flat embroidery, it forms a large-area embroidery that blends a futuristic feel with a rugged visual impact.
Optional techniques
multi-color flat sequin gradient arrangement, dense-stitch registration along the shaped fighter jet outline, central 3D flat-embroidered badge inset embroidery, and micro-stretch flat-finishing on heather grey knit base fabric.
Applications
large back graphics on bomber jackets, front-chest designs on youth athletic sweatshirts, badges for techwear-style outdoor apparel, and patches for casual sports bags.
Customization process
MOQ starts at 300 pieces; three simple samples are free; complex samples incur a sampling fee, which is credited against the order when bulk production reaches the MOQ. Standard sampling lead time is 24–48 hours, 3–4 working days for complex combined techniques, and bulk production takes 5–10 working days.
Production capability
supports automatic multi-color sequin feeding and gradient needle-arrangement algorithms, with consistent sequin overlap density; even large-area sequin coverage keeps the base fabric light and flexible.
