This cross-stitch embroidery features an anime-inspired pixel-art theme: squinting cats, pandas and other motifs are stitched with square stitches, with blocky forms and outlines as crisp as game pixels, accented with small English lettering and tiny red hearts. The dark grey base fabric makes the white and coloured threads stand out; the overall look is lively and playful—from a distance it reads as a cartoon character, while up close it reveals fine cross-stitch squares, combining texture and fun.
Optional techniques
Motif, pixel density and colourway can be adjusted to your artwork; wording can be changed to other Chinese or English content; base fabric can be dark grey, black or coloured; threads can be cotton, polyester or rayon; the design can be made as a fabric patch or stitched directly onto finished garments.
Applications
Suitable for decorating streetwear T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, canvas bags and baseball caps, and for branding cultural and creative merchandise, charms and gifts. The pixel and cartoon style is popular in youth-oriented and anime-themed products.
Customisation process
Artwork-based digitising and setup are supported. MOQ 300 pcs; free sampling for 3 simple designs; complex or combined techniques incur a sampling fee, which can be credited after an order reaches MOQ; standard samples 24–48 hours, complex or combined techniques about 3–4 working days; bulk production 5–10 working days, subject to production scheduling confirmation.
Production capacity
Dobest has a 3,000 ㎡ factory and more than 30 specialised computerised embroidery machines, with annual capacity of about 1.5 million pieces, supporting small-batch sampling and large-volume production of pixel-style designs. Motifs are formed stitch by stitch by machine according to the artwork, and colour matching and line clarity are checked piece by piece before shipment.
