This embroidered fabric has an ethnic style: flat metallic thread is used as the main element to embroider geometric, floral and scrolling vine motifs, with dark red and emerald green threads as accents. The base fabric is spliced into a striped layout in dark green, grey, brown and plum, and the edges are finished with zigzag couched metallic cord. The pattern is symmetrical with well-defined layers, combining metallic sheen and color contrast. It is a decorative fabric panel ready for design use.
Optional techniques
Motif themes, colorways and splicing methods can be adjusted according to your artwork; gold thread can be swapped for silver or colored metallic thread; base fabric options include cotton-linen, satin or spliced fabrics; the finished product can be made as a decorative fabric panel, hanging ornament, or cut pieces for apparel and home furnishings.
Applications
Suitable for apparel decorative fabrics and cut pieces, and also for home soft furnishings, wall decor and cultural creative products. The combination of ethnic style and couched metallic cord is common in China-chic and ethnic apparel.
Customization process
Customization from artwork and samples is supported. Standard MOQ is 300 pcs; free sampling is available for 3 simple designs; complex or combined techniques incur a sampling fee, which can be credited after the order reaches MOQ; standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, and complex techniques take about 3–4 working days; bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, subject to production schedule confirmation.
Production capacity
Dobest can handle large-area patterned fabrics and spliced embroidery, with a 3,000 ㎡ factory and more than 30 computerized special embroidery machines. Multi-color zoned embroidery is supported, and each piece is checked before shipment for pattern symmetry and couched metallic cord edge finishing.
