This badge is shaped like a bee: the body is formed with hollow 3D embroidery, with the core removed for a hollow, lightweight and breathable structure. The raised shape is full without looking bulky; the wings and stripes are outlined in contrasting colours, and the edge binding is crisp. Compact and cute, it suits childrenswear well.
Optional techniques
Motif, size and colour can be adjusted from your artwork; choose core-removed hollow or solid fill; edge binding can use matching thread or webbing; base fabric can be knit, cotton or denim; the finished piece can be a trim label or badge, or embroidered directly onto finished childrenswear.
Applications
Suitable for collars, cuffs and chest decoration on childrenswear, as well as bags, headwear and mother-and-baby products. The light, core-removed hollow feel makes childrenswear more comfortable to wear.
Customisation process
Customisation from artwork and samples is supported. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces; simple sampling is free for 3 designs, while complex techniques incur a sampling fee (deductible from the order once it reaches MOQ); standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, and complex or combined techniques take about 3–4 working days; bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, subject to production scheduling confirmation.
Production capacity
Dobest can handle bulk customisation of small-size hollow 3D embroidery, with a 3,000 m² factory and more than 30 special embroidery computerised machines. After embroidery, each piece is checked for fullness of shape and neatness of edge binding.
