This embroidered patch takes a British military style: a Maltese cross shape, red and blue satin grounds with iridescent round sequins in the green areas, a silver-tone emblem at the centre, faceted black beads outlining the edges and forming a beaded ring around the outer border, giving it a richly layered look.
Optional techniques
Sequins can be iridescent round sequins, holographic sequins or flat sequins; bead types can be faceted beads, round beads or rhinestones; design, size and colour scheme can be adjusted to your artwork; available as embroidered patches, medal badges, or garment trim labels.
Applications
Suitable for badge decoration and trim labelling on uniforms, jackets, coats and bags, as well as gifts, collectibles and themed merchandise. The military medal style is formal and eye-catching.
Customisation process
Customisation from your artwork or sample. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces; simple samples are free for 3 designs, while complex or multi-technique items incur a sampling fee that can be credited against the order once the MOQ is reached; standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, and complex or multi-technique items about 3–4 working days; bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, and rush orders can be prioritised in scheduling.
Production capacity
Dobest can handle custom multi-colour beaded medal patches, with a 3,000 ㎡ factory and more than 30 computerised special-embroidery machines. Multi-technique assemblies are produced through step-by-step stitching combined with beading, and each piece is checked before dispatch for neatness of the beaded rings and colour consistency.
