Computerised bead-embroidery machine stitching (loose-bead chain machine embroidery) uses high-precision electronic control and dedicated bead-feed guide rails to lay red, white and metallic high-refractive-index glass seed beads in dense arrangement, combined with sapphire-blue raised-loop chenille embroidery and gold-and-red micro-layered sequins. The cool, hard lustre of the beads and the plush pile loops are formed in a single pass on the same machine, delivering the three-dimensional visual and tactile layering of heavy-duty beadwork.
Optional techniques
Glass seed beads (1.5–3.0mm), metallic tube beads and custom-shaped beads are available; these can be combined with chenille embroidery, sequin embroidery, flat embroidery and 3D cord embroidery in a single multi-process machine embroidery run. Base fabrics include high-density knit, sweatshirt fleece, wool, silk, denim and leather to order.
Applications
Front chest panels of heavy-duty streetwear sweatshirts, focal back graphics on couture jackets, designer runway pieces, chest appliqués for light-luxury evening gowns, and premium decorative components for bags and footwear.
Customisation process
MOQ from 300 pieces; three simple designs are sampled free of charge (a sampling fee applies to complex designs and is credited against orders reaching MOQ). Standard sampling lead time is 24–48 hours (3–4 working days for complex multi-process combinations), and bulk production is delivered within 5–10 working days. Customers in the Pearl River Delta region can arrange on-site meetings and physical sample review.
Production capacity
Dobest operates more than 30 specialised computerised embroidery machines, supporting integrated braiding-and-forming of beading, sequins and chenille embroidery in one pass. Bead placement is precise and stitching is firm and resistant to friction and pulling, helping beads stay in place through washing and care, with rapid sampling in 24–48 hours.
