This motif is formed entirely by continuous computerized bead-setting embroidery stitches, without relying on flat embroidery underlay or edge binding. A specialized high-tenacity, tensile-resistant sewing thread is used to thread and secure multi-color micro seed beads one by one onto a solid black high-gauge plain-knit base fabric. The beads are arranged densely and in an orderly manner, while the horse contours are dynamic and muscular, with vivid and clearly defined luster gradations.
Optional Techniques
Bead options include multi-color glass seed beads, electroplated metal beads, and matte ceramic beads; stitch density and tonal layering can be adjusted according to the artwork; the base fabric is compatible with plain-knit jersey, terry, denim, and woven cotton-linen.
Application Scenarios
Front chest of high-quality athleisure T-shirts, premium sweatshirts, custom equestrian club apparel, large back graphics on denim jackets, and accent detailing on premium canvas bags.
Customization Process
MOQ starts at 300 pieces. Free sampling is available for 3 simple designs (a sampling fee applies to complex samples, deductible when the order reaches MOQ). Standard sampling lead time is 24–48 hours (3–4 working days for complex multi-technique combinations), and bulk production is scheduled for delivery within 5–10 working days. For Pearl River Delta customers, on-site coordination and physical sample review are available.
Production Capacity
Dobest’s specialist special-machine embroidery engineering team provides detailed pattern-making, with stable loose-bead feeding tracks, minimal jamming, and uniform, firm stitching. The finished garment sits close to the body without an intrusive heavy feel, and thread loosening and bead loss are minimized during washing. MOQ starts at 300 pieces.
