Full-coverage beaded machine embroidery delivers a luxurious look reminiscent of a miniature woven metal mesh fabric. The machine precisely places bronze-toned long bugle beads and seed beads with consistent orientation, arranged flat and tightly like fish scales, while a custom-branded metal relief nameplate is set into the centre — bringing rigid hardware and soft machine embroidery together in one piece.
Available options
Bead materials include bronze gold, champagne gold, gunmetal black and silver-white metallic bugle beads and micro seed beads; alloy or copper metal nameplates in various specifications can be inlaid; edge finishing options include dense satin stitch edging, laser-cut edges or leather-look painted edges.
Applications
Workwear jacket sleeve patches, vintage bomber jacket chest badges, streetwear denim back-pocket labels, premium backpack and trend-led cap decorative patches.
Customisation process
MOQ from 300 pieces; simple samples are free for 3 designs (a sampling fee applies to complex samples, which is credited against the order once MOQ is reached). Standard sampling lead time is 24–48 hours (3–4 working days for complex multi-process combinations), and bulk production is delivered in 5–10 working days. Customers in the Pearl River Delta region can arrange on-site meetings and physical sample review.
Production capability
The factory runs laser cutting, metal trim inlay and specialty machine embroidery on integrated in-house lines. Bead rows are set densely with minimal visible gaps, and the backing stays firm and flat with a low tendency to curl; the surface is built to resist wear and scuffing. Samples in 24–48 hours.
