This mural features a heavy-duty relief style: a close-up of a warhorse’s head, with the metal faceplate and armor rendered in three-dimensional toothbrush embroidery. Highlights and scales rise in layered relief with a substantial hand feel, while the dark background creates strong contrast with warm brown and silver-white tones for an imposing overall presence.
Optional Techniques
The subject, dimensions and color scheme can be adjusted according to your submitted artwork; heavy-duty three-dimensional pile or a flat embroidery base are available; it can be produced as a full wallcovering, upholstered panel, or spliced into a feature wall; substrate options include wallcovering, cotton-linen, suede or leather fabrics.
Applications
Suitable for feature walls and soft-furnishing focal points in living rooms, clubs, hotels and showrooms, as well as model units and commercial spaces. Heavy relief imagery creates a strong effect across a full wall.
Customization Process
Customization based on submitted artwork or samples. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces; simple samples are free for 3 designs; composite techniques incur a sampling fee, which can be deducted after the order reaches the MOQ; standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, while complex or composite techniques take approximately 3–4 business days; bulk production lead time is 5–10 business days, and rush orders can be prioritized in production scheduling.
Production Capacity
Dobest can undertake customization of large-format heavy-duty three-dimensional embroidery, with a 3,000 ㎡ factory and more than 30 special-process computerized embroidery machines. Large-format images are embroidered in sections and then joined; before shipment, each panel is checked for seam flatness and pile fullness.
