Using classic American vintage colorways, ivory white, vintage burgundy and grass-green thick threads are interlaced layer by layer to create feather patterns on cotton twill. The edges retain a distressed raw-edge cut for a naturally weathered, handcrafted look that becomes more pronounced after washing.

Optional techniques

Customization in multiple vintage colorways; edge options include a slightly frayed open raw edge, a laser heat-cut clean edge or a dense-stitch edge; the base fabric can be specified as twill or heavy denim.

Applications

Mainly used on the chest of Amekaji-style vintage T-shirts, the back of denim vests, vintage work shirts and canvas crossbody bags.

Customization process

Customer provides artwork/sample → assess threads and stitch types and develop a sample → sample in 24–48 hours (standard sampling; 3–4 working days for complex/combined techniques; three simple samples provided free of charge; complex sampling fees deductible when MOQ is reached) → confirm sealed sample → bulk production scheduled and delivered in 5–10 working days (MOQ from 300 pcs; priority scheduling for urgent orders can be negotiated).

Production capability

The factory’s experienced sample technicians precisely control thick-thread tension. Twill base fabric is less prone to pulling and distortion, and the structure remains flat and stable after finishing enzyme washing or heavy stone washing.
