Custom wool-thread embroidery patch | Grizzly bear plush embroidered patch Image 4

Following the anatomy and hair-growth patterns of wild grizzly bears, this design is built up in multiple layers of dark brown, caramel, camel, and oatmeal wool thread. The muzzle is finely stitched and smooth, while the outer edge is coarser and plush, creating a rich tactile progression from flat to fluffy.

Optional detailing: custom-shaped heat-cut outer edge or hand-finished outer contour; can be made as an iron-on patch with adhesive backing, a sew-on patch, or a hook-and-loop patch; sizes can be flexibly scaled from 8 cm to 25 cm.

Applications

suitable for outdoor adventure shell jackets, vintage leather jackets, heavyweight fleece hoodies, baseball caps, and backpacks.

Customization process

customer provides artwork/sample → assess thread and stitch requirements and develop the sample → sample turnaround in 24–48 hours (standard sampling; 3–4 working days for complex or combined techniques; three simple sample styles provided free of charge; complex sampling fees can be credited against the order once MOQ is met) → confirm the sealed sample → bulk production scheduled for batch delivery in 5–10 working days (MOQ from 300 pcs; priority scheduling for urgent orders can be discussed).

Production capabilities: large animal portraits are rendered with nuanced color matching. Our in-house sampling team has a strong fine-art background, with smooth stitch transitions and rich, lifelike layering of fur direction.
