Selected matte-finish thick-ply wool yarn is worked with angled parallel satin stitches and two-tone light-and-dark staggered stitch placement, giving the red and pink rose petals a natural interplay of light and shadow; dark green and grass green leaves provide contrast, while the black ground enhances the opulent, vintage look.
Optional techniques
Single-flower, bouquet, or trailing-vine repeat layouts are available; color options include classic crimson, midnight black-gold, and vintage milk-coffee; ground materials can be thick woolen fabric, double-faced wool, or high-density wool felt.
Applications
Suitable for the front placket of elegant socialite-style woolen cardigans, chest emblems on vintage cashmere coats, autumn/winter handmade fabric bags, and premium gift box packaging decoration.
Customization process
Customer provides artwork/sample → evaluate threads and stitch techniques and create a sample design → sample in 24–48 hours (standard sampling; complex/combined techniques 3–4 working days; three simple samples provided free of charge; complex sampling fees can be credited against the order once MOQ is reached) → approval sample confirmed → bulk production scheduled and delivered in 5–10 working days (MOQ from 300 pieces; rush orders can be discussed for priority scheduling).
Production capacity
Heavy woolen fabrics create high needle resistance; the factory’s specialized large-needle-hole machine head runs smoothly, helps resist pilling and thread breakage, and produces full, rounded motifs.
