For the complex fur flow of wildlife faces, thick embroidery threads are combined with long-and-short pile stitching worked radially from the inside out, while the contours of the facial features are outlined with fine satin stitching, creating a pronounced raised-and-recessed three-dimensional effect and wild visual tension on vintage denim.

Optional techniques

Supported on base fabrics such as raw selvedge denim, canvas and cotton twill; threads available in pure wool, cotton-linen blend or high-tenacity polyester thick thread; a dark, distressed washed effect can be added.

Applications

Suitable for the back of streetwear work jackets, focal labels on multi-pocket vests, moto-style denim jackets and trend-led cap patches.

Customisation process

Customer provides artwork/sample → thread and stitch evaluation with sample development → sample in 24–48 hours (standard sampling; 3–4 working days for complex or combined techniques; three simple samples provided free of charge, and complex sampling fees are credited against the order when the MOQ is reached) → sealed sample confirmed → bulk production scheduled with delivery in 5–10 working days (MOQ from 300 pieces; priority scheduling can be discussed for urgent orders).

Production capability

For combinations of coarse, firm twill fabric and thick thread, machine electronics precisely adjust thread tension, giving smooth, level stitches that resist wrinkling and shrinking, with high consistency across bulk runs.
