This lace trim takes a French vintage direction: the roses and buds are worked in 3D foam embroidery, with petals built up in layers and the stitching raised and full; the mesh leaf veins and thorns are outlined in gold-brown thread, giving an overall embossed effect. It can be cut continuously, which gives a strong result as a lace trim.
Optional techniques
motif subject, flower shape and colourway can be adjusted to your artwork; available in 3D foam or flat layered embroidery; can be run continuously as a lace trim or used as single pieces; base fabric options include felt, knit, chiffon or cotton-linen; the finished piece can be a lace trim or an embroidered patch, or stitched directly onto finished women's garments.
Applications
suited to lace trims and局部 decoration on dresses, knitwear and shirts, and also used on bags, hair accessories and home soft furnishings. The 3D rose motif is popular in vintage and accessible-luxury women's wear.
Customisation process
custom work from your artwork or samples is supported. Standard MOQ 300 pieces; simple samples are free for 3 designs; complex techniques incur a sampling fee (credited once the order reaches MOQ); standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, complex or combined techniques about 3–4 working days; bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, subject to production scheduling confirmation.
Production capacity
Dobest can handle bulk customisation of continuous lace trims and 3D foam work, with a 3,000 ㎡ facility and more than 30 specialised computerised embroidery machines. Before dispatch, each metre is checked for motif completeness and foam fullness.
