This patch has a Chinese-trend look: the tiger body is produced with 3D high-relief foam embroidery, with the orange-yellow and white tiger stripes, red mouth, and green grass-and-wave details rising in layers for a full, dimensional effect with a commanding presence; the lower “BB” lettering is finished with an orange-gold border, immediately bringing out the imposing stance of the tiger descending the mountain.
Optional techniques
The motif, colorway, and foam height can be adjusted according to your artwork; high-relief or standard foam is available; border options include matching thread, gold thread, or webbing; base fabric options include felt, canvas, or knit fabric; the finished product can be made as a fabric patch or embroidered patch, or embroidered directly onto finished garments.
Applications
Suitable for patches and embroidered patches on coats, jackets, and bags, as well as for headwear and cultural/creative products. The tiger stripes combined with high-relief dimension stand out well in Chinese-trend and fashion-forward products.
Customization process
Customization from your artwork or sample is supported. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces; free sampling is available for up to 3 simple designs, and a sampling fee applies for complex techniques (credited toward the order when the MOQ is reached); standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, while complex or combined techniques take approximately 3–4 business days; bulk production lead time is 5–10 business days, subject to production scheduling confirmation.
Production capacity
Dobest can handle combined custom projects involving high-relief foam and multi-color embroidery, with a 3,000 sqm facility and more than 30 computerized special embroidery machines. Before shipment, each piece is checked for foam height, outline integrity, and border flatness.
