These letter designs are formed with 3D foam embroidery: the strokes are full and raised, the edge stitching is dense, and the letters stay crisp and upright rather than flattening out. The gold and silver two-tone threads carry a metallic sheen that catches the light, making the branding stand out clearly.
Available options
letter shapes, sizes and colourways can be adjusted to your artwork; single-colour or multi-colour two-thread versions are available; foam can be standard or high-relief; base fabrics include knit, sweatshirt fleece, denim and cotton-linen; the finished piece can be embroidered directly onto garments or supplied as a fabric patch.
Applications
suited to letter branding and decoration on sweatshirts, knits, jackets and bags, as well as headwear and accessories. Metallic threads combined with raised letters give strong recognition on sports and fashion products.
Customisation process
custom work from artwork or samples is supported. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces; three simple samples are free of charge, while complex or combined techniques incur a sampling fee (credited against the order once it reaches MOQ); standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, and complex or combined techniques take about 3–4 working days; bulk production normally takes 5–10 working days, subject to production scheduling confirmation, and rush orders can be prioritised.
Production capacity
Dobest has a 3,000 ㎡ factory with more than 30 special-embroidery computerised machines and an annual capacity of around 1.5 million pieces. Foam 3D embroidery is completed through stitching combined with heat-press forming, and every piece is checked before dispatch for foam fullness and edge stitching.
