Dobest’s wave-hem laser cutwork eyelet embroidery for skirts combines laser cold cutting with high-density satin-stitch edging. In a single hooping, high-precision vector perforation and flat-stitch edge finishing are formed simultaneously. The cut edges are secure and lie flat, with good resistance to fraying and raveling after washing, combining breathable openwork with the premium drape of velvet fabrics.
Optional techniques
scalloped wave-hem cutwork, teardrop/geometric multi-hole openwork, two-layer appliqué cutwork embroidery, laser hot-cut edge sealing on velvet/satin edges.
Applications
fashion skirt and dress hems, formal gown edges, women’s shawl borders, scalloped hem trims for premium garments.
Customisation process
Provide artwork or a physical sample (AI, PDF, DXF vector files or high-resolution images accepted) → calculate laser cutting power and satin-stitch density based on fabric characteristics and hole dimensions → physical sample delivered in 24–48 hours (3 simple samples provided free of charge) → approved sample moves to bulk production (standard MOQ from 300 pieces, bulk lead time 5–10 working days).
Production capacity
Our factory operates more than 30 special computerised embroidery machines and integrated laser cutting machines. Coaxial laser perforation alignment tolerance is controlled within 0.1 mm, making the facility well suited to stable bulk scheduling and fast-turnaround sampling for apparel brands.
