Dobest crimson wedding-dress jacquard cutwork embroidery combines the strengths of water-soluble openwork and laser cutwork. On a substantial jacquard base fabric with embossed tonal motifs, precise cutting removes excess fabric to create a translucent window-pane effect. The outer edges are secured with dense stitch binding, and the cut edges are smooth with no noticeable scorch marks, naturally combining the weightiness of traditional embroidery with the lightness of openwork lace.
Optional techniques
Baroque scroll cutwork, symmetrical Chinese floral openwork, laser-cut jacquard appliqué, combined gold and silver metallic-thread binding.
Applications
Main body of Chinese bridal Xiuhe outfits, red formal gowns and wedding dresses, modernized Chinese qipao, large-area sheer-ground decoration for wedding ceremonial garments.
Customisation process
Provide artwork or a physical sample (AI, PDF, DXF vector files or high-resolution images supported) → calculate laser cutting power and binding stitch density based on fabric characteristics and cutout dimensions → physical sampling produced within 24–48 hours (three simple sample styles provided free of charge) → sample approval and entry into bulk production (standard MOQ from 300 pieces; bulk lead time 5–10 working days).
Production capacity
Equipped with a group of large-bed multi-head specialty embroidery machines, capable of large-area positioned cutwork embroidery with a maximum width of 1200 mm, with precise sectional control for complex motifs.
