Dobest laser-cut openwork embroidery uses high-precision laser-integrated embroidery equipment that combines computerized embroidery with precision laser vector cutting. With “same-machine, coaxial integrated embroidery and cutting” technology, the fabric completes laser perforation and dense-stitch edge binding in one continuous run under a single hooping setup, reducing positioning deviations associated with secondary outsourcing. Cuts are clean and crisp with minimal scorching, and stitches are less prone to fraying after washing.
Optional processes
same-machine integrated embroidery-and-cutting openwork, cut-first-then-embroider bridging across openings, laser micro-perforated breathable embroidery, double-layer appliqué openwork, and combined multi-color thread edge binding.
Applications
brand handbag and luggage cut panels, high-end dress openwork lace fabrics, breathable casual shoe uppers, cultural and creative accessories, sun hat trims, and other three-dimensional sheer decorative applications.
Customization process
The customer provides artwork or a physical sample (AI, PDF, DXF vector files or high-resolution images accepted) → assess the fabric material and determine cutting power and edge-stitch density → sampling and sample approval within 24–48 hours (3 simple sample styles provided free of charge) → after sample approval, bulk production is scheduled (MOQ from 300 pieces; standard bulk lead time 5–10 working days).
Production capacity
The facility covers 3,000 m² and is equipped with more than 30 industrial laser cutting machines and special computerized embroidery machines. Laser linkage accuracy is controlled within ±0.1 mm, monthly capacity is ample, and we can reliably handle bulk production scheduling and fast-turnaround rush orders.
