The Dobest Fawn Plush Laser-Cut Openwork Embroidered Patch combines two processes: laser-cut appliqué and wing-shaped openwork perforation. The felt backing provides stable support, while the laser, in a single setup, continuously completes the fawn appliqué piece placement and butterfly micro-perforation, retaining the soft, warm hand feel of plush while adding a refined openwork aesthetic.
Optional Techniques
felt backing laminated with plush appliqué, localized laser-cut openwork perforation on wings, custom-shape laser cutting and edge trimming, hot-melt adhesive backing / overlocked-edge patch production.
Application Scenarios
chest patches for branded children's sweatshirts, accent labels for knit cardigans, attachable badges for children's backpacks, custom accessories for premium anime streetwear brands.
Customization Process
Provide artwork or a physical sample (AI, PDF, DXF vector files or high-resolution images supported) → calculate laser cutting power and satin-stitch density based on fabric characteristics and perforation size → provide a physical sample within 24–48 hours (simple samples are available free of charge in 3 styles) → sample approval and confirmation, then move to bulk production (standard MOQ starts at 300 pieces; bulk lead time: 5–10 business days).
Production Capacity
The factory has a well-established embroidered patch finishing line (heat-press adhesive backing, laser and ultrasonic edge cutting, overlocking). Patch outlines are rounded and smooth, peel-and-stick for application, with reliable adhesion.
