Dobest pocket logo cut-out embroidery uses precision laser cutting and 3D composite flat embroidery technology. The pocket panel is laser-slotted or shaped with an appliqué, then stitched with dense computerized machine needle interlocking. This helps withstand the repeated friction of back-pocket use while creating a dimensional, relief-like layered effect with a strong industrial design feel.
Optional techniques
laser-cut holes on denim back pockets, geometric fretwork 3D appliqué, seed-stitch granular ground flat embroidery, heavy-material thick-thread outline composite.
Applications
streetwear jeans back pockets, workwear jacket patch pockets, sweatpants back pockets, techwear bags exterior utility pockets.
Customization process
Provide artwork or a physical sample (AI, PDF, DXF vector files or high-resolution images accepted) → calculate laser cutting power and stitch density based on fabric characteristics and hole size → receive a physical sample in 24–48 hours (3 simple samples provided free of charge) → approve the sealed sample and proceed to bulk production (standard MOQ from 300 pieces; bulk lead time 5–10 working days).
Production capability
Professional stitch tolerance compensation is available for the stretch characteristics of heavy denim, twill and knit fabrics, helping maintain accurate alignment and straight placement in bulk production.
