Dobest women's shirt collar laser-cut eyelet embroidery is specially developed for close-fitting lightweight fabrics. Fine-focus laser cutting energy control helps prevent yellowing and carbonisation at the cut edges; the edges are densely overlocked with fine, short flat stitches, and the soft cut edges feel gentle against the neck, adding a light, refined detail to classic business shirts.
Optional techniques
micro-eyelet cutouts at shirt collar points, symmetrical leaf-vein openwork lace, wavy heat-cut edge finishing on collar edges, eyelet processing on cotton/silk blends.
Applications
women's commuting white shirt lapels, French vintage ruffled necklines, detachable fashion embroidered collars, small lapels on spring/summer dresses.
Customization process
Provide artwork or a physical sample (AI, PDF, DXF vector files or high-fidelity images accepted) → calculate laser cutting power and edge-stitch density based on fabric characteristics and eyelet dimensions → issue a physical sample within 24–48 hours (3 simple samples provided free of charge) → sealed sample confirmation and entry into bulk production (standard MOQ starts at 300 pcs; bulk production lead time 5–10 working days).
Production capability
Fine pattern-making stitches, with the minimum eyelet bridge controlled at 1.5 mm, balancing openness and lightness while helping the collar retain a crisp shape through repeated washing.
