Chenille Embroidery + Flat Embroidery Combination | Custom Vintage Rhino Gou-leng Patch
This rhino embroidered patch combines chenille embroidery and flat embroidery stitching: the rhino’s neck uses gou-leng loop-pile techniques to build three-dimensional thickness, while the torso and head use fine flat embroidery stitching; different color blocks create geometric and striped textures. The edges are finished with a merrowed bound border, making it a standalone embroidered patch that is easy to sew on or heat apply, crisp and wear-resistant.
Optional techniques
The rhino body colorway and geometric lines can be adjusted to customer artwork; pile height at loop areas is adjustable from 2–6 mm (commonly 2–4 mm); the outline can be finished with lock-stitch merrowing or chain-stitch outlining; backing options include heat-activated adhesive, self-adhesive, or hook-and-loop fastening to suit different sewing requirements for garments and bags.
Applications
Suitable for custom arm patches, chest patches, and back labels on work jackets, denim jackets, hoodies, baseball caps, and technical-style bags; vintage animal and geometric totem-style streetwear shaped patches can be developed from artwork.
Customization process
Customer provides artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → confirm colorway, size, and pile height → three simple samples provided free of charge → bulk production after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours; complex techniques take 3–4 business days; MOQ is 300 pieces; standard bulk production takes 5–10 business days (subject to production scheduling confirmation); rush orders can be prioritized in scheduling.
Production capacity
Flat embroidery fine threads and gou-leng pile yarns are digitized in layers and aligned to the design to avoid exposed backing or distortion at boundaries; the standard setup includes more than 30 computerized specialty embroidery machines, supported by laser cutting, cutting, and heat-press equipment, with the same parameter set carried from sampling through bulk production.
