Heart Photochromic Chenille Embroidered Patch

This heart fills its entire silhouette with chenille loops: the yarn is looped round and round for a dense, fluffy pile surface, while the outer edge is finished with a white flat-embroidery border for a clean heart outline and a neat edge. The thread is photochromic, so the pile tone shifts as the light changes—under everyday light it reads as an understated heart patch, while different lighting reveals another tone.

Optional techniques

single-color, two-color, or gradient chenille loops; pile height can be set by zone within 2–6 mm (2–4 mm commonly used); letters or small motifs can be added as layered embroidery; the outer edge can be switched to chain-stitch binding; patches can be finished with overlock edging and adhesive backing for sew-on or iron-on application.

Applications

suitable for small motifs such as hearts and bows on hoodies, jackets, caps, bags, and childrenswear; as a patch, it can also accent fabric labels, badges, and co-branded styles.

Customization process

customer provides artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → confirm colors, size, and pile height → three simple sample options provided free of charge → bulk production after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 business days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pcs, and bulk production typically takes 5–10 business days (subject to production scheduling confirmation). Rush orders can be prioritized in scheduling.

Production capacity

photochromic threads are more sensitive to light and tension, so tension is calibrated for each design and production is replicated to the approved sample. We normally operate more than 30 computerized special-embroidery machines, supported by laser cutting and heat presses, and inspect each piece for pile fullness, edging, and adhesive backing before bulk shipment.

Product FAQ · Quality & Craftsmanship
Q1:How does chenille embroidery differ from toothbrush embroidery?+
Chenille features continuous soft loops (plush, vintage collegiate vibe); toothbrush embroidery consists of sheared upright thread pillars (elastic, erect). For cozy, baby/kid wear, chenille is softer.
Q2:Will the chenille loops pull out or loosen during daily wear?+
Our machines lock each loop securely, backed with full-coverage hot-melt film that fuses into needle holes. Under normal wear, loops resist snagging or loosening.
Q3:What are the minimum dimensions for chenille embroidery?+
Minimum stroke width should be ≥4.0mm, and overall design size ≥50mm. Finer details are bordered with chain stitch (锁链针) or flat embroidery.
Q4:What is the MOQ and sampling lead time?+
MOQ is 300 pcs. Up to 3 simple samples are free. Sampling turnaround is 24–48 hours; bulk production takes 5–10 working days.
