Chenille + Flat + Needle-Pile Embroidery | Gradient Graffiti Letter Monster
This graffiti letter monster is built on a full, plush loop surface. A dedicated chenille head loops yarn across the fabric into continuous small loops, giving the wings and body real thickness and a soft hand. Needle-pile stitching is then worked over the same area at uneven lengths, so the purple gradient shifts naturally in the light. The outer outline, fangs and drip lines are closed with flat-stitch edges, leaving a clean, crisp border and a fully rounded silhouette.
Optional techniques
Solid or gradient pile; pile height adjustable in zones from 2–6 mm (2–4 mm most common) for a stepped, dimensional surface; chain-stitch border along the outer edge; patch construction with sealed edges and heat-seal backing for sewing or iron-on application; size, weight and colour matched to your brand guidelines.
Applications
Large chest or back graphics on streetwear hoodies, jackets and sweatshirts; also used on baseball caps, bags, woven labels and collaboration marks. The plush loop surface makes graffiti lettering, cartoon and geometric artwork read with more depth, and it is widely used on children's apparel as well.
Ordering process: Send artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → we confirm colours, size and pile height → three simple sample designs free of charge → bulk production after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex constructions. MOQ is 300 pieces; standard bulk lead time is 5–10 working days from production confirmation, with priority scheduling available for urgent orders.
Capacity
Every order is sampled version by version, with pile density and height calibrated each time. Our floor runs 30+ specialty computerised embroidery machines, supported by heat presses, laser cutting and shearing equipment. Sampling and bulk production follow one process standard, and every finished piece is checked for pile height, edge quality and show-through.
