Spread-Wing Eagle 3D Gou-Leng Loop-Pile Chenille Embroidery + Flat Embroidery Border
This eagle design uses chenille embroidery loops to build layered pile texture across the wings: the thread forms continuous loops, and blue-gray and off-white color blocks interlock to create feather dimension. Up close, the pile grain and details are visible, while the outer edge is finished with a flat embroidery border to define the outline clearly, giving an overall substantial yet uncluttered look.
Optional Techniques
The wings can be produced in single-color, two-color, or zone-based colorways; pile height can be set by zone within 2–6 mm (2–4 mm is commonly used); the outer outline can be changed to a chain-stitch border or flat embroidery outline; detail close-ups can have density and stitching adjusted separately according to the original artwork; for patch construction, edge finishing and adhesive backing can be added.
Applications
Suitable for eagle, wing, floral, and vintage badge motifs on jackets, hoodies, denim jackets, baseball jackets, and bags; also suitable for large back designs, chest patches, and co-branded decoration.
Customization Process
Customer provides artwork (AI/PDF/high-resolution image) → confirm colors, size, and pile height → 3 simple samples provided free of charge → bulk production after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pieces, and bulk production normally takes 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling confirmation); rush orders can be prioritized.
Production Capacity
Feather details and large pile areas are set with separate densities by design version, and the outer outline is kept clean with a flat embroidery border. We regularly operate more than 30 computerized embroidery machines for specialty embroidery, along with laser cutting, pile shearing, and heat-pressing equipment. Sampling and bulk production follow the same set of process standards.
