Owl chenille embroidery + brushed pile embroidery + tassel embroidery

This owl combines three techniques in one piece: the main body uses chenille embroidery loops to build fluffy color blocks, selected areas use brushed pile embroidery to extend the pile for a longer, softer feel, and a section of tassel embroidery adds draping lines. Flat embroidery in black thread outlines the design, so the color blocks look full from a distance and the pile surfaces show clear layering up close.

Optional techniques

The loop surface can be solid color or segmented gradient; brushed pile and tassel lengths can be adjusted to the artwork; the outer outline can have chain-stitch edging; patch construction can include overlock edging and adhesive backing for sewing or heat application; size and color can be set according to brand VI.

Applications

Suitable for large chest or back designs on sweatshirts, jackets, and hoodies; cartoon and illustration themes work especially well. They can also be used on bags, fabric labels, and childrenswear.

Customization process

Customer provides artwork (AI/PDF/high-resolution image) → confirm colors, size, and pile height → 3 simple samples provided free of charge → bulk production after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours; complex techniques take 3–4 working days. MOQ is 300 pieces; bulk production usually takes 5–10 working days (subject to scheduling confirmation). Rush orders can be given priority in scheduling.

Production capacity

Multi-technique combinations are scheduled together from the same artwork, with loop height and pile length specified for each design. The standard setup includes more than 30 computerized specialty embroidery machines, with supporting laser cutting, pile shearing, and heat pressing equipment. From single-style sampling through bulk sampling and bulk production, the same set of process standards is applied.

Product FAQ · Quality & Craftsmanship
Q1:How does chenille embroidery differ from toothbrush embroidery?+
Chenille features continuous soft loops (plush, vintage collegiate vibe); toothbrush embroidery consists of sheared upright thread pillars (elastic, erect). For cozy, baby/kid wear, chenille is softer.
Q2:Will the chenille loops pull out or loosen during daily wear?+
Our machines lock each loop securely, backed with full-coverage hot-melt film that fuses into needle holes. Under normal wear, loops resist snagging or loosening.
Q3:What are the minimum dimensions for chenille embroidery?+
Minimum stroke width should be ≥4.0mm, and overall design size ≥50mm. Finer details are bordered with chain stitch (锁链针) or flat embroidery.
Q4:What is the MOQ and sampling lead time?+
MOQ is 300 pcs. Up to 3 simple samples are free. Sampling turnaround is 24–48 hours; bulk production takes 5–10 working days.
