This embroidery is themed around an affordable-luxury gift box: flat metallic thread is used to embroider the letters and gift-box outline, accented with foil stamping. Festive elements such as snowmen, Christmas trees and diamond-pattern gift boxes are scattered across the composition, and the gold thread gives a fine metallic sheen against the light-colored base fabric. From a distance it reads as a refined embroidered insert card; up close, the gold threads are arranged in layers, with the sheen shifting by angle—understated luxury with a festive, lively feel.
Optional techniques
Design motifs, lettering content and festive elements can be adjusted according to supplied artwork; gold thread can be switched to silver or colored metallic thread; the base color can be off-white, black or colored fabric; finished pieces can be made as insert cards or fabric patches, or embroidered directly onto packaging fabric, and can be paired with foil stamping, sequin embroidery and other techniques.
Applications
Suitable for gift packaging, greeting-card inserts, cultural and creative merchandise and window displays; also used for festive-themed fabric patches on apparel and bags. The combination of affordable-luxury gift boxes and lettering stands out in gifting and seasonal products.
Customization process
Customization from artwork or samples is supported. Standard MOQ: 300 pieces; free sampling for 3 simple designs; complex or multi-technique processes incur a sampling fee (deductible from the order when the MOQ is reached); standard sampling lead time is 24–48 hours, while complex or multi-technique processes take approximately 3–4 working days; standard bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, subject to production scheduling confirmation; rush orders can be prioritized in scheduling.
Production capacity
Dobest has more than 30 in-house computerized specialty embroidery machines, a 3,000 ㎡ factory, and annual capacity of approximately 1.5 million pieces. Metallic-thread embroidery places higher demands on tension and thread path; after machine embroidery, each piece is checked for sheen and pattern integrity before delivery.
