This backing-free embroidery features an eagle emblem: an all-thread three-dimensional construction with no backing, a full and well-defined eagle silhouette, clear feather layering, and a soft, skin-friendly feel. The colour palette is understated and crisp, and the embroidery edges finish naturally.
Available options
Designs, sizes and colourways can be adjusted based on your artwork; available in all-thread 3D construction or with a flat embroidery base; can be made as embroidered patches or embroidered directly onto finished products; base fabric options include cotton, knit, linen, velvet and other fabrics.
Applications
Suitable for logo decoration and trim branding on hoodies, jackets, workwear, bags and luggage, as well as corporate gifts and branded merchandise. The eagle emblem is eye-catching and conveys a sense of strength.
Customization process
Customization based on your artwork or sample. Standard MOQ: 300 pieces; free sampling for 3 simple designs; for complex or combined techniques, a sampling fee applies and can be credited against the order once the MOQ is reached; standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, while complex or combined techniques take approximately 3–4 working days; bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, and rush orders can be prioritized in production scheduling.
Production capacity
Dobest can undertake custom backing-free 3D embroidery for a wide range of emblem applications, with a 3,000 m² factory and more than 30 computerized embroidery machines for specialty embroidery. Before shipment, each piece is checked for design completeness and embroidery surface flatness.
