Baroque-Style Letter Patch with Gold Cord Embroidery, Beading and Sequins

This individual letter patch combines cord embroidery with hand-finished beading and sequins: the letter body is formed from fine gold cord coiled into ornate Baroque scrollwork, over a flat embroidery base that creates light-and-shade contrast, with clustered metallic seed beads and sequins applied to the surface for a substantial, dimensional look with striking lustre.

Optional techniques

Letters can be custom-digitised as individual designs according to the customer’s specified English characters; surface cord options include metallic gold and silver cord and coloured mercerised cord; sequins, bugle beads, seed beads and hot-fix rhinestones can be combined freely; patch backing can be hot-melt adhesive, self-adhesive hook-and-loop or a plain sew-on base, with neat, tight edge finishing.

Applications

Suitable for premium baseball jacket chest letters, accessible-luxury sweatshirts, denim jacket sleeve patches, retro knitwear plackets, and individual letter logo decoration on streetwear caps and bags; full-alphabet sampling combinations are supported.

Customisation process

Customer provides artwork (AI/PDF/high-resolution image) → colours, dimensions and cord diameter confirmed → 3 simple samples provided free of charge → bulk production after confirmation. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pieces, and standard bulk lead time is 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling confirmation). Urgent orders can be prioritised.

Production capacity

Flat embroidery base, cord stitching paths and bead and sequin positioning are precisely layered and matched in the digitised design, with close coordination between processes; the facility is equipped with more than 30 special-embroidery computerised machines and supporting finishing equipment.

Product FAQ · Quality & Craftsmanship
Q1:How does cord embroidery compare to flat embroidery outline?+
Flat embroidery uses thin sewing threads with near-zero relief. Cord embroidery stitches real 3D ropes or ribbons, offering tactile relief equal to the cord diameter (1–5mm).
Q2:How do I choose between round cord and flat ribbon?+
Round cord delivers robust tactile relief and distinct lines; flat ribbon provides broader coverage, subtle sheen, and elegant drape (ideal for women's wear and retro patches).
Q3:Will rope ends unravel or pull loose over time?+
Every rope tail is cleanly routed to the reverse side and locked with high-density stitches plus hot-melt sealing, preventing loosening during wear.
Q4:What is the MOQ and sampling lead time?+
MOQ is 300 pcs. Sampling takes 24–48 hours; bulk production takes 5–10 working days.
