Denim 3D Cord Embroidery | Off-White Fine Cord Swirl Lettering for Streetwear
This denim letter embroidery uses the classic swirling cord technique: an off-white fine cord sits close to the denim surface, following the corners and curves of each letter stroke in a continuous coil, secured with fine horizontal stitches at regular intervals. The cord lays flat and close, giving bold, textured lines with a clear vintage street workwear style.
Optional techniques
Cord options include natural white cotton cord, raw-colour hemp cord, high-strength polyester cord or reflective fine cord, in diameters of 1.0–4.0 mm; base fabrics include denim, canvas, Oxford cloth, heavyweight khaki or finished-garment cut pieces; choose single-cord flat laying or thicker multi-strand layering.
Applications
Suitable for classic jeans back-pocket embroidery, large lettering on denim jacket backs, vintage moto jackets, workwear jumpsuits and canvas tote bags for streetwear lettering customisation. Both cut-piece embroidery and finished-garment embroidery are available.
Customisation process
Customer supplies artwork (AI/PDF/high-resolution image) → we confirm colourway, size and cord diameter → three basic sample options are produced free of charge → bulk production begins after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours; complex techniques take 3–4 working days. MOQ is 300 pcs; standard bulk production is 5–10 working days (subject to production schedule confirmation); rush orders can be prioritised in scheduling.
Production capability
Letter corners are rounded and smooth without crowding the cord; stitches lie flat and close to the surface, with machine-stitched securing stitches that are durable and wear-resistant. Equipped with more than 30 computerised embroidery machines for specialty embroidery; sampling and bulk production are handled using the same parameter set.
