Rose ribbon embroidery with sequin accents
This embroidery combines two materials: three-dimensional ribbon rosettes and scattered sequins. The machine head precisely guides the flat ribbon in concentric coils from the centre outwards to form full petal layers and undulating leaves, while reflective fine sequins are stitched across the base fabric, creating a refined French relief effect on the rustic linen texture.
Optional techniques
The rosette ribbon can be silk flat ribbon, linen-blend ribbon, chiffon ribbon or cotton-linen ribbon, in widths of 3.0–8.0 mm; sequin options include matte sequins, transparent sequins, metallic sequins or fine seed beads; suitable base fabrics include natural linen, cotton-linen blend, Tencel chiffon or coarse canvas.
Applications
Suitable for feature 3D floral embroidery development on premium womenswear cardigan necklines, linen dress hems, resort-style sun-protection shirt backs, designer shawls and home textile cushions.
Customisation process
Customer provides artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → colour, size and cord diameter confirmed → three simple samples provided free of charge → bulk production after confirmation. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pieces; regular bulk production takes 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling confirmation); urgent orders can be prioritised.
Production capacity
Flat-ribbon rosettes are full and three-dimensional with close fabric adhesion, and scattered sequins are securely stitched to help minimise loosening or detachment; more than 30 specialised computerised embroidery machines are available, with consistent standards across sampling and bulk production.
