This large patch features a T-Rex shape: short-pile needle-pile embroidery creates a full-bodied dinosaur form, with a dense pile surface and distinct layering; the outer edge is satin-edged for a crisp, structured outline. The overall size is large, making it suitable as a main chest or back graphic with strong visual impact.
Available techniques
Motif, size and colour can be adjusted according to your artwork; the pile surface can be short pile or vertical pile; edging can be satin, woven tape or matching-colour thread; base fabric can be knit, cotton-linen or denim; the finished product can be a fabric patch or large patch, or embroidered directly onto finished garments.
Applications
Suitable for main chest and back graphics on jackets, hoodies and outerwear, and also for large-patch decoration on bags and childrenswear. Dinosaur designs are popular in childrenswear and trend-driven products.
Customisation process
Customisation based on your artwork or sample. Standard MOQ: 300 pieces; free sampling for up to 3 simple designs; a sampling fee applies to complex techniques and can be credited against the order once it reaches MOQ; standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, complex techniques about 3–4 working days; bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, and urgent orders can be prioritised in production scheduling.
Production capacity
Dobest has a 3,000 m² factory and more than 30 computerized specialty embroidery machines, and can undertake custom large-area pile patches. After embroidery, each piece is checked for pile fullness and neat edging.
