Snow leopard flat embroidery + flocked plush-feel lettering, short-pile brushed needle-pile embroidery

This embroidery combines flat embroidery with needle-pile embroidery: the snow leopard’s outline and spots are defined in flat embroidery, while the lettering is worked in short-pile brushed embroidery for a fluffy, plush feel. The flat and pile elements create a clear contrast in texture. The dark grey base fabric brings out the three-dimensional layering of the pile, with crisp outlines and a soft hand feel.

Optional techniques

The motif, lettering and colourways can be adjusted to your artwork; the pile surface can be short-pile brushed or raised pile; base fabric options include knit, cotton-linen or denim; finished pieces can be fabric patches or badges, or embroidered directly onto finished garments.

Customisation process

Custom-made from your artwork and samples. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces; three simple samples are free of charge. A sampling fee applies to combined techniques and can be credited against the order once the MOQ is reached. Standard sampling takes 24–48 hours; complex or combined techniques take about 3–4 working days. Bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, with priority scheduling for urgent orders.

Production capacity

Dobest can produce combined flat embroidery and needle-pile embroidery. Our factory covers 3,000 m² and houses more than 30 specialised computerised embroidery machines. Combined techniques are embroidered in stages, and each piece is inspected before dispatch for pile hand feel and outline clarity.
