This embroidered design takes a playful cartoon direction: the monster cat's body is worked in needle-pile embroidery for a short, dense pile with full, rounded blocks of colour, while the mane is built in long-pile tassel embroidery for a soft, flowing texture — short against long, with clearly defined layers. Darker thread outlining gives the figure more dimension, and the lively colour palette keeps the look thoroughly childlike.
Available techniques
The motif, colour palette and tassel length can be adjusted to your artwork; the main body can be worked in short dense pile, with long-pile tassels in selected areas; base fabrics include cotton, sweatshirt fleece and knit. The finished piece can be made as a fabric patch or embroidered directly onto finished garments.
Applications
Suited to decoration on childrenswear, sweatshirts, bags and creative merchandise, and to accent pieces on charms and gifts. The combination of cartoon monsters and tassels is well received across both children's and trend-led products.
Customisation process
We work from your artwork or samples. Standard MOQ is 300 pcs; sampling is free for 3 simple designs, while combined techniques carry a sampling fee (credited against orders that reach the MOQ). Standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, and complex or combined techniques around 3–4 working days. Bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, subject to confirmed production scheduling.
Production capacity
Dobest handles combined needle-pile and tassel embroidery projects, with a 3,000 ㎡ facility and more than 30 computerised embroidery machines for specialty techniques. Long-pile tassels are completed through a combination of stitching and finishing, and pile loft and tassel length are checked piece by piece before dispatch.
