This badge features a sika deer design: the deer body is formed with short, dense needle-pile embroidery, giving a short, dense pile with a full, plush feel. The outer edge is finished with satin binding for a crisp, refined look. The silver-white pile is paired with gold antlers, creating clear layering while retaining a soft appearance.
Optional techniques
The motif, colourway and pile length can be adjusted according to your artwork. Binding options include satin, webbing or matching thread. Backing fabric options include denim, cotton-linen or knit. Finished products can be badges or fabric patches, or embroidered directly onto garments.
Applications
Suitable for chest decoration on coats, jackets and sweatshirts, as well as badges and patches for bags and headwear. Animal pile badges are common in casual and outdoor products.
Customisation process
Customisation from artwork or sample. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces. For simple designs, sampling is free for 3 styles; for complex techniques, a sampling fee applies and can be credited against the order once the MOQ is reached. Standard sampling takes 24–48 hours, and complex techniques take about 3–4 working days. Bulk production lead time is 5–10 working days, with priority scheduling available for urgent orders.
Production capacity
Dobest has a 3,000 m² factory and more than 30 computerised embroidery machines for specialty embroidery, supporting bulk customisation of pile badges. After embroidery, each piece is checked for pile evenness and binding flatness.
