Custom Toothbrush Embroidery Logo Patch with Hand-Beaded Detail | Turf Embroidery
This design layers two techniques. First, toothbrush embroidery (also called turf or tufting embroidery) builds a 3D pile surface for the letters and floral motif — thread standing upright into pile columns, plump and soft to the touch. Beads are then hand-sewn at key points on the flowers and letters, their sheen lifting the detail so that pile and beads form a two-layer effect of light and texture. Pile heights can be varied by area to establish hierarchy, and beads can be matt or glossy to echo the thread colours.
Optional techniques
hand beading (bead colour and matt or glossy finish selectable), gradient pile and bright-contrast pile outlining; also pairable with hot-fix rhinestones or flat-embroidery edging for a fuller combined effect.
Applications
mid-to-high-end positions on dresses, knitwear, denim jackets, hats and handbags, and logo customisation for collaboration pieces and gift ranges.
Customisation process
we agree the beading plan and pile-height allocation first → sample to confirm hand feel and bead sheen → then schedule production. Up to 3 simple samples free; combined complex techniques sample in 3–4 working days; MOQ 300 pieces, bulk production normally 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling).
Capacity
machine embroidery and hand work run in tandem — the specialised machines complete the pile body first, then beads are hand-set one by one, balancing efficiency and detail. Bead placement and durability are checked by hand, keeping rework low.
