Custom Toothbrush Embroidery Patch: Colourful DOBEST 3D Letter Patch
Embroidery thread standing upright on the base fabric to form pile columns is the signature effect of toothbrush (flocking) embroidery. This patch turns the letters into a single piece: each letter is filled in colour segments, with bold yet smooth transitions; pile height can be set from 1.0–10.0mm as required (commonly 2.0–3.5mm), and heights can be varied within one letter to give the motif a subtly sculpted, layered look. Soft and resilient — a light pat restores the loft after compression.
Optional techniques
heat-press fixing, gradient toothbrush embroidery, space-dyed flocking embroidery and metallic-thread flocking embroidery; also combinable with flat-embroidery outlining, hot-melt adhesive film lamination and heat-pressed TPU badges.
Applications
brand marks and accents on jeans, hoodies, jackets, canvas bags, shoe tongues and headwear.
Customisation process
send your artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → confirm colours and sizes → up to 3 free simple samples → bulk production after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, 3–4 working days for complex techniques; MOQ 300 pieces, with bulk production normally 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling).
Capacity
reproducing multi-colour gradients and fine pile columns consistently rests on equipment and quality control — 30+ multi-function specialised embroidery machines and 10 heat presses, plus laser cutting and pile-shearing equipment, with an annual capacity of 1.5 million pieces.
