Short-Pile Thin-Fleece Gradient Lettering Toothbrush Embroidery with Rhinestone/Beading Accents
This set of gradient letters uses a short-pile, thin-fleece technique to build a raised pile surface; the yellow-to-fluorescent-green transition follows the strokes, and the pile is pressed thin for crisp outlines. Rhinestones and beads are then applied along the strokes, catching the light in small glints. Even long slogan-style lines can be embroidered in a single pass. Short-pile thin fleece is the low-pile version of toothbrush embroidery: pile height is made to order from 1.0–10.0 mm (2.0–3.5 mm is most common), with a soft, resilient hand feel and minimal fibre loss after washing.
Optional techniques
Pile height can be low pile (thin and firm) or medium-high pile (fluffy); gradients can be switched to two- or three-colour versions to match brand colours; the density and placement of rhinestones and beads are adjustable; outlining, overlock edging or adhesive backing can also be added.
Applications
Gradient lettering and slogan text on sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, baseball jerseys, caps, bags and woven labels.
Customisation process
Customer provides artwork (AI/PDF/high-resolution image) → we confirm colour matching, size and pile height → 3 simple samples produced free of charge → bulk production after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pieces, and bulk production normally takes 5–10 working days (subject to confirmed production scheduling), with priority scheduling available for urgent orders.
Production capability
Low-pile gradient lettering poses two challenges: once the pile is pressed low, the base can show through, and gradient transitions are harder to control on low pile. We compensate by increasing density, confirming transition positions through version-by-version sampling, and then finishing with rhinestones and beads; with more than 30 specialty embroidery machines and piece-by-piece quality inspection, colours and stone placement stay consistent across the batch.
