Champion Script Lettering Toothbrush Embroidery Custom + EVA 3D Embroidery Edge Binding

These script letters are built into pile columns with toothbrush embroidery, with the strokes rising and falling along the flow of the script; the black pile face is paired with a gold outline. A layer of EVA 3D backing is placed beneath the letters, giving them an overall raised layer, while the outer edge is neatly finished with binding, so the letter faces are crisp and the edges clean. Pile height can be made from 1.0–10.0 mm as needed (2.0–3.5 mm is commonly used); the hand feel is soft and resilient, and the pile is less prone to shedding after washing.

Optional techniques

The backing height can be adjusted as needed, or the lettering can be changed back to a plain pile face without backing; the outline can be changed to silver or a matching colour; stroke weight can be fine-tuned to suit the brand's letterforms; edging and adhesive backing can also be added to make a sew-on / iron-on standalone embroidered patch.

Applications

Brand lettering and script wordmarks on hoodies, jackets, baseball uniforms, caps, bags and woven labels.

Customisation process

The customer provides artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → colours, size and pile height are confirmed → 3 simple samples are produced free of charge → bulk production begins after confirmation. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex work; MOQ is 300 pcs, and bulk production normally takes 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling confirmation). Rush orders can be prioritised.

Production capability

With EVA raised backing plus edge binding, the challenge lies in bonding the backing layer to the embroidery thread: once the backing edge is exposed, the letters look bulky. We first cut the backing to the lettering artwork and confirm the raised height and binding width through sample rounds before moving to bulk production; with more than 30 specialty embroidery machines and piece-by-piece inspection, letterforms stay consistent across the whole batch.

Product FAQ · Quality & Craftsmanship
Q1:Will toothbrush embroidery shed or unravel after washing?+
We use single-sided direct stitching combined with high-strength TPU hot-melt bonding on the reverse side, locking every thread root across the whole back. It resists shedding under a standard 40 °C machine wash, turned inside out and placed in a laundry bag.
Q2:What is the standard pile height range? Can it be customized?+
Standard pile height ranges from 1.0mm to 10.0mm (2.0–3.5mm is most common). We support multi-level pile heights within the same design to create distinct 3D visual hierarchy.
Q3:What are the minimum stroke and lettering requirements?+
Single line width should be ≥2.5–3.0mm, and letter height ≥10mm. For intricate details smaller than this threshold, we recommend composite flat embroidery or print for optimal legibility.
Q4:What is the MOQ and sampling lead time?+
MOQ is 300 pcs. Up to 3 simple samples are provided free. Sampling turnaround is 24–48 hours (3–4 days for complex composite). Bulk production takes 5–10 working days.
