Gradient Toothbrush Embroidery Embroidered Letter Patch with Self-Adhesive Backing – Custom Peel-and-Stick
This set of letter patches uses toothbrush embroidery to build raised pile columns, with light blue, pink, and light yellow layered in a gradient. Holly leaves and red berries accent the spaces between the letters, and a gold border runs around the edge. A self-adhesive backing is applied to the reverse: peel and stick to apply to fabric without sewing, or add a stitched border for extra security. Pile height can be made from 1.0–10.0 mm as needed (commonly 2.0–3.5 mm). The hand feel is soft and resilient, and the pile tends to stay neat after washing.
Optional techniques
Colors and gradient direction can be adjusted according to the artwork; small elements such as berries and leaves can be added or reduced; the backing can be changed to hook-and-loop, or the patch can be made as a sew-on version without adhesive; a heat-transfer adhesive film is also available.
Applications
Hoodies, jackets, hats, bags, fabric labels, and small DIY and gift items that require quick application.
Customization process
Customer provides artwork (AI/PDF/high-resolution image) → confirm colors, size, and pile height → receive 3 simple samples free of charge → bulk production after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 business days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pcs; bulk production normally takes 5–10 business days (subject to production schedule confirmation), and rush orders can be prioritized in scheduling.
Production capacity
When letter patches are made in small sizes, details are the most challenging part: elements such as leaves and berries are small and have few stitches, so poor embroidery can make them blur into a cluster. At the sampling stage, we set minimum stroke width and spacing, and produce a physical sample to confirm the details before bulk production. With more than 30 special embroidery machines and piece-by-piece quality inspection, we help keep colors and details consistent across the batch.
