Logo Leopard-Print Toothbrush Embroidery | Brush Embroidery | Flocking

A natural leopard print depends on how color separation and the pile surface work together: red, black, grey and white are separated according to the direction of the markings, with the pile raised separately in each color area, and the edges of the markings kept clean and crisp—from a distance, it reads as a geometric color-block effect; up close, it reveals a fine, dense pile surface. This embroidered patch uses toothbrush embroidery to raise the threads into pile columns. The main red block is full and crisp, while the leopard-print areas are clearly layered. Pile height can be made from 1.0–10.0 mm as needed (commonly 2.0–3.5 mm), with a soft, resilient hand feel that resists shedding after washing.

Optional techniques

The main color blocks can be changed to black, navy, off-white and other colors; the leopard print can be changed to camouflage, check or lettering textures; the border can be overlocked to make a sew-on patch, or given an adhesive backing for heat transfer; it can also be combined with flat embroidery and sequin embroidery for brighter accents.

Applications

Branding and trend-focused decoration on jackets, hoodies, baseball jackets, jeans, hats, backpacks and fabric labels, suitable for streetwear, sportswear and vintage-style products.

Customization process

Customer provides artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → confirm colors, size and pile height → three simple samples free of charge → bulk production after confirmation. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 business days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pcs, and bulk production typically takes 5–10 business days (subject to production scheduling confirmation). Rush orders can be given priority scheduling.

Production capacity

With fine, intricate patterns such as leopard print, the challenge is that edges can fray easily and blur into one mass. We break the markings into separate color blocks and raise the pile one by one, make samples first to confirm the boundary and pile height of each color block, then arrange cutting layouts by design for production. With more than 30 special embroidery machines and piece-by-piece quality inspection, we help keep the shade and outline consistent across the whole batch.

Product FAQ · Quality & Craftsmanship
Q1:Will toothbrush embroidery shed or unravel after washing?+
We use single-sided direct stitching combined with high-strength TPU hot-melt bonding on the reverse side, locking every thread root across the whole back. It resists shedding under a standard 40 °C machine wash, turned inside out and placed in a laundry bag.
Q2:What is the standard pile height range? Can it be customized?+
Standard pile height ranges from 1.0mm to 10.0mm (2.0–3.5mm is most common). We support multi-level pile heights within the same design to create distinct 3D visual hierarchy.
Q3:What are the minimum stroke and lettering requirements?+
Single line width should be ≥2.5–3.0mm, and letter height ≥10mm. For intricate details smaller than this threshold, we recommend composite flat embroidery or print for optimal legibility.
Q4:What is the MOQ and sampling lead time?+
MOQ is 300 pcs. Up to 3 simple samples are provided free. Sampling turnaround is 24–48 hours (3–4 days for complex composite). Bulk production takes 5–10 working days.
