GIVENCHY Gradient Toothbrush Embroidery
These letters are built into raised pile columns with toothbrush embroidery, with white, blue and red graduating in bands from top to bottom so the colours flow naturally across the pile surface — not layered print colours, but pile columns in different colours laid out directly. The letter outlines are clean and the pile full, giving stronger contrast on dark ground fabrics such as charcoal and army green. Pile height can be made to order from 1.0–10.0 mm (2.0–3.5 mm is typical); the hand feel is soft and resilient, and the pile resists shedding after washing.
Optional techniques
gradient colours can be adjusted to your brand palette; letters can be outlined, or layered with flat embroidery for crisper edges; a merrowed edge and adhesive backing can also be added to create a standalone sew-on / heat-transfer patch; where a richer texture is wanted, the work can be combined with chenille embroidery or sequin embroidery.
Applications
brand lettering and trend-led wordmarks on hoodies, jackets, varsity jackets, cap front panels, bags and similar placements.
Customisation process
customer supplies artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → we confirm colourway, size and pile height → three simple samples are produced free of charge → bulk production follows approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex work; MOQ is 300 pieces, with bulk production normally taking 5–10 working days (subject to scheduling confirmation), and urgent orders can be prioritised.
Production capability
the difficulty with gradient lettering is keeping the transition position identical on every piece within a batch. We split the layout by colour number, sample each version to lock the gradient points, and then move into bulk production; with more than 30 special embroidery machines and piece-by-piece inspection, colour and pile height stay consistent across the run.
