This set of letters has two visual highlights: the gradient sits on the pile surface, and the gold-edge hotfix rhinestones follow the pile columns. The gradient needs to shift from cool to warm within the same letter, and color changes should avoid harsh steps; if pile heights are uneven, the transition can look muddy. The gold edge and rhinestones trim along the letter contours; rhinestone placement needs to hold the pile base without overly flattening the pile surface, so both sequence and density need to be controlled.
Optional techniques
For gradients, you can specify start and end colors plus intermediate transitions according to the brand palette, or arrange the entire letter set in rainbow order; the gold edge can be changed to silver, a tone-on-tone outline, or an inner/outer double border; hotfix rhinestones can be adjusted for brightness and density, or replaced with beading or sequins; subtle tonal layers such as cloud motifs and scrolling vines can be added inside the letters; for standalone pieces, add edge finishing and adhesive backing to make sew-on or iron-on embroidered patches.
Applications
Commonly used for front chest and back placements on sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, and baseball uniforms, the front of caps, and brand lettering on bags and fabric labels; also suitable for logo placements on streetwear collaborations, limited editions, and commemorative editions. On dark base fabrics, the contrast between the gradient and gold rhinestones is most pronounced; on light base fabrics, we recommend adding a black border to define the outline.
Customization process
Customer provides artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → confirm color palette, gradient start and end points, pile height, and rhinestone placement → 3 simple samples free of charge → bulk production after confirmation. Sampling takes 24–48 hours; complex or combined techniques take 3–4 working days; MOQ is 300 pcs; regular bulk production takes 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling confirmation); rush orders can be prioritized.
Production capacity
The challenge with gradient plus gold-edge hotfix rhinestones lies in the process sequence: gold edge first, pile surface pressed afterward, rhinestones applied last; if the sequence is off, the pile surface can be flattened. We confirm color sequence, rhinestone spacing, and double-border position through sampling version by version before bulk production; the workshop is equipped with more than 30 computerized special-embroidery machines and conducts piece-by-piece inspection, so that color transitions and rhinestone positions stay consistent across the batch.
