Acacia Tree in Combined Toothbrush and Flat Embroidery
Acacia flowers grow in clusters of small pom-poms, making them a natural fit for toothbrush embroidery: the threads are raised into pile columns and stacked into full, rounded tufts—fluffy sprays of yellow blossoms from a distance, and individually upright strands up close. The pinnate leaves and branches are stitched with flat embroidery, creating smooth, crisp lines that contrast with the pile surface. Pile height can be set from 1.0 to 10.0 mm as needed (2.0–3.5 mm is common), and the leaves can use a lower pile height to create dimension; the hand feel is soft and resilient, and the pile resists shedding after washing.
Optional techniques
Pom-pom colors can be changed to pink, orange, white, etc.; leaves can be switched to high-density flat embroidery or low pile for added layering; the base fabric can be changed to black, beige, navy, etc.; overlocked edging and adhesive backing can be added when needed to create a standalone sew-on/iron-on embroidered patch; the design can also be combined with chenille embroidery and sequin embroidery for a richer texture.
Applications
Botanical-themed decoration and brand identification on shirts, sweatshirts, dresses, knit cardigans, hats, scarves, canvas bags, fabric labels and more; suitable for forest-inspired, vintage and light outdoor product styles.
Customization process
Customer provides artwork (AI/PDF/high-resolution image) → confirm colorway, size and pile height → 3 simple samples free of charge → bulk production after confirmation. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex techniques; MOQ is 300 pieces; regular bulk production takes 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling confirmation), and rush orders can be prioritized.
Production capability
For combination patterns such as the acacia's "pom-poms + fine leaves," the challenge lies in balancing consistent pile height on the flower pom-poms with precise stitching on the fine leaves. We lay out materials by style and component, confirm pom-pom density and leaf lines through sampling, and then proceed to bulk production. With more than 30 specialty embroidery machines and piece-by-piece quality inspection, we help keep the pattern consistent across the batch.
