Custom Cartoon Bunny Toothbrush Embroidery | Turf Embroidery | 3D Flocking Embroidery
This cartoon bunny is built up in pile columns with toothbrush embroidery: the ears, tummy and body are assembled from pile blocks in different colours, and a heavy black outline stitch runs around the outside, so the expression and contours read clearly at a glance. The pile surface is plump and resilient, and feels like a short-plush toy. Pile height can be produced to order from 1.0–10.0 mm (2.0–3.5 mm is typical), with a soft, springy hand feel that is less prone to shedding after washing.
Optional techniques
The bunny's colourway can be adjusted to your artwork; other cartoon characters from the same series can be produced to form a matching set; lock stitching and adhesive backing can be added to make a standalone embroidered patch, or the design can be combined with flat embroidery and appliqué to render the facial details more clearly.
Applications
Cartoon motifs and brand imagery on childrenswear, sweatshirts, cushions, bags and woven labels.
Customisation process
Customer supplies artwork (AI / PDF / high-resolution image) → we check colourway, size and pile height → three simple samples are provided free of charge → bulk production begins after approval. Sampling takes 24–48 hours, or 3–4 working days for complex techniques. MOQ is 300 pieces; bulk production normally takes 5–10 working days (subject to confirmed scheduling), and rush orders can be prioritised.
Production capability
The challenge with cartoon motifs lies in colour-block registration and outline alignment: if the sequence of colour blocks or the outline stitching path goes astray, the expression distorts. We separate colours and build the digitised programme to your artwork, sample each version with registration checks, and only then move into production once contours and colourway are confirmed. With more than 30 special embroidery machines and piece-by-piece quality inspection, the expression and contours of every bunny in the batch stay consistent.
