Golden Deer in 3D Toothbrush Embroidery | Vertical Pile Embroidery
The golden deer head is formed with toothbrush (vertical pile) embroidery: gold thread stands upright on the fabric into pile columns, every branch of the antlers and every contour line of the face raised individually, with varying pile height expressing light and shade and volume, while the black ground gives the gold a clean, composed contrast. The motif is built mainly from straight lines and angles, which plays to vertical pile embroidery's strength — crisp edges that do not blur.
Optional techniques
solid gold or gold combined with matt pile columns; primary and secondary pile heights to raise the main body and refine the details; edge finishing and adhesive backing (heat-press or hook-and-loop) for patch versions; metallic shades such as silver or antique bronze on request.
Applications
jackets, baseball uniforms, hats, bags, woven labels and badges, and graphic branding for streetwear and outdoor brands.
Customisation process
confirm the line artwork and the metallic direction, then punch and sample — check the 3D pile effect and the metallic thread performance before moving to production; samples in 24–48 hours as standard, about 3–4 working days for multi-layer and multi-colour combinations; MOQ 300 pieces, bulk production 5–10 working days.
Capacity
metallic thread pile is hardest on root locking during cutting and washing, so we heat-lock the thread roots from the back and re-inspect pile and height piece by piece, keeping the sheen and the 3D effect stable across bulk deliveries.
