Rainbow Hearts Vertical Pile Embroidery | Custom Toothbrush Embroidery
Producing three pile textures in one design comes down to the direction and height of the pile columns: dot, diagonal and grain textures sit side by side, immediately adding depth to the image. Below them a row of rainbow gradient letters moves naturally from one colour into the next, with clean starts and finishes. The hearts and letters can use different pile heights so the main motif stands out, giving a bright, highly legible result.
Optional techniques
dot / diagonal / grain textures, rainbow gradient thread and bright outlining; also combinable with flat embroidery or hot-fix rhinestones for a fuller visual effect.
Applications
streetwear, bags, headwear and collaboration pieces where a visual focal point is needed.
Customisation process
confirm the pattern and colours → sample to check the gradient effect → bulk production after approval. Up to 3 simple samples free; sampling 24–48 hours, complex techniques 3–4 working days; MOQ 300 pieces, bulk production normally 5–10 working days (subject to production scheduling).
Capacity
the hardest part of a gradient is keeping every batch consistent — we check against both the colour card and the thread number and re-match colour during production, so batch-to-batch colour variation stays under control.
